Each life stage (Teens, Young Adults, Prime, Renewal, Golden) has its own base formula calibrated by a UK-registered nutritionist who specialises in that stage. Then your answers shift the formula within that stage — PCOS triggers inositol at 4 g, burnout boosts adaptogens and sleep support, vegan triggers algae omega-3 and methylcobalamin, and so on. Two people in the same life stage can have meaningfully different trays.
Thirty numbered, sealed blisters — one for each day of the month. At your chosen time the tray rings (audible alarm) and illuminates the day's compartment. You break that seal, take the capsules, the tray logs the event over cellular GSM. No app, no Wi-Fi, no phone required. If a seal isn't broken within two hours of the alarm, a quiet alert can go to whoever you nominate — partner, family member, or no one at all.
For most things, two to six weeks. Sleep changes often show up first (often inside two weeks). Skin, hair, and adaptogenic effects typically take six to twelve weeks. Hormonal rebalancing (perimenopause, PCOS, cycle support) usually takes three full cycles to assess.
Every tray is reviewed by our UK nutritionist before it ships, with awareness of common interactions. Tell us in your answers which medications you take. We'll flag and remove anything contraindicated — and if there's any concern, we'll get in touch before posting.
The standard adult formulas are not designed for pregnancy or breastfeeding. If your answers indicate pregnant or trying-to-conceive, we'll route you to a pregnancy-specific review with our nutritionist before shipping anything — high-dose herbs, vitex, retinol-form vitamin A and certain adaptogens are removed.
Tell us in your answers. Common excluders: gluten, dairy, soya, shellfish, tree nuts, sesame. We can adjust forms (e.g. plant-based collagen alternatives, vegan omega-3 from algae) or remove ingredients with reasonable substitutes.
Yes — the tray itself is a one-time-bought device. Every month a new sealed insert arrives with your refilled formula, slots into the device. The device is rechargeable (USB-C), and built to last for years.
Yes. Choose the Golden tab (designed around the gift use-case, with the "For us / For ours" toggle), or the household plan (multiple trays under one bill). You set it up, answer the questions on their behalf, and they receive the tray with refills handled.
Billing. Your card is charged monthly on the same date you first ordered. You receive an email three days before each charge with the date and amount so nothing's a surprise.
Delivery. Your refilled tray insert ships within two business days of the monthly charge, by tracked Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days from dispatch.
Pause anytime. Skip a month, pause for the season, or stretch the cadence to every two months. Manage everything from your account or the Stripe Customer Portal we email you after sign-up.
Change your formula. Reanswer a few questions whenever your life shifts — moved into perimenopause, started training, recovering from burnout — and your next tray reflects the new answers. No fee for changes.
Cancel anytime. No 6-month contracts, no exit fees, no calling someone to talk you out of it. One click in your account.
Household plans. Two or more trays to the same address share a single delivery, a single billing date, and a household-tier discount. Each tray pauses or cancels independently.
Unopened trays. If your tray arrives sealed and unopened and you want to return it, you have 14 days from delivery to do so. Email info@usandours.co.uk with your order number for a prepaid Royal Mail return label and a full refund on receipt.
Opened trays. Once a seal is broken on any compartment, the tray is no longer returnable for hygiene and food-safety reasons (the standard for food supplements in the UK). If a formula isn't working for you, contact us — we'll usually reformulate the next tray at no charge rather than process a return.
Damaged or wrong items. If a tray arrives damaged, or you received the wrong life-stage formula, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at no charge.
The device. The reusable tray device carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defect. If it stops working through no fault of your own within 12 months, we'll replace it at no charge. Beyond 12 months, we offer at-cost repair or replacement at our discretion.
Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Us & Ours Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office. We handle your data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect. Your name, email, delivery address, payment method (handled by Stripe — we never see your card number), and your answers. The answers include health-relevant information (sleep, stress, cycle, medications, conditions) which qualifies as sensitive personal data under UK GDPR.
Why we collect it. Your name and address are used to ship your tray. Your answers are used to formulate your tray, reviewed by our UK nutritionist. Your email is used for order confirmations, delivery notifications, and product updates (you can unsubscribe from the latter without affecting the former).
Who we share it with. Our UK nutritionist team (under strict confidentiality), our UK manufacturing partner (only the data needed to fulfil — name, life stage, ingredient selection), and Stripe (for payments). We do not sell your data, ever. We do not use it for advertising targeting.
The GSM tray. The tray transmits seal-break events (compartment ID + timestamp + device ID) to our backend over cellular. Aside from this and battery/signal-strength heartbeats, the tray does not transmit any other information. There is no microphone, no camera, no location data.
Your rights. You can request a copy of all data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it ("right to erasure") at any time by emailing info@usandours.co.uk. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies & analytics. Essential cookies keep the site working. Only if you accept in the cookie banner, we also use two third-party tools: Microsoft Clarity (analytics — heatmaps and anonymised session replays, configured to mask all on-screen text so anything you type or read is not recorded) and Google Ads conversion tracking (to measure whether our adverts led to a sign-up). Both set cookies and process data on the providers' servers. We use Google only to measure conversions — we do not build advertising audiences or re-target you with ads. You can decline, or change your choice at any time. We never sell your data.
What we sell. Food supplements. Not medicines. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, and not a treatment for any disease. If you have a diagnosed condition or are on prescribed medication, talk to your GP before starting.
Health claims. The product descriptions and formula outputs describe what each ingredient is supported by research to do. They are not promises about your individual outcome. Bodies respond differently. We don't promise specific results in specific timeframes.
Ordering and contracts. Placing an order through the site creates a contract between you and Us & Ours Ltd to supply the trays subscribed to, in exchange for the monthly subscription fee. You can cancel that contract at any time.
Pricing and changes. Prices shown at checkout are what you pay. We may change prices in future; if we do, we notify you at least 30 days before your next bill and you can cancel without penalty before the change takes effect.
Age. You must be 18 or over to subscribe in your own name. Subscriptions for under-18s (the Teens stage) must be set up by a parent or legal guardian, with their consent recorded.
Liability. We take responsibility for losses we cause through breach of contract or negligence. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
Disputes. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@usandours.co.uk. We aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days. English law governs this contract; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
